Andy has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and more than 15 teaching. He is a practitioner of the 3rd. Series and has extensive knowledge and experience in teaching Primary asana practices, 2nd and 3rd series in the Ashtanga method. As a teacher and practitioner of life, Andy understands and respects the needs of each student, placing his needs at the center of his teaching. He brings an informed and non-dogmatic approach to the teaching of Ashtanga while remaining consistent and faithful to the method. Andy is passionate about teaching Ashtanga in the Mysore space and builds on his experience as a teacher and coach to provide a supportive, nurturing and inspiring space in which he can facilitate the personal growth of his students through his practice .
