Training of teachers of Dharma Yoga Wheel Levels 1 +2 led by Dov Vargas and Raquel Vamos.

In this Training you will be going over the basics and breaking down of the level 1 fundamental sequence and our level 2 intermediate sequence.  In this training you will learn philosophy of wheel yoga, how to lead our levels 1 + 2 classes, Anatomy and Physiology of postures , alignment + adjusting , wheel benefits, strengthening exercises, basic inversions for the beginner, How to market yourself as a Yoga Wheel instructor and gain success in your classes and workshops.  In the three days you will experience full classes and get hands on experience in instructing a full wheel class.  You will receive a training manual, a wheel and a certificate of completion at the end of the training.  You will be fully equipped with all the information to lead a full level 1 and level 2 Dharma Yoga Wheel class by the end of the training.
