We are launching our new wholeness program which is guided & informed by the science of astrology ! According to this guidance a new astrological year begins with the coming of spring.

To celebrate this new journey together & prepare our bodies in alignment with a new astrological year we will practice our sacred 108 sun salutes ritual. Elevated Community is built on repetition of healthy habits & coming together to be of service to ourselves and each other. In this ritual we will make an affirmation for each round of salutes, we will connect to the power of 108 for personal & collective transformation and we will purify our whole bodies for the coming of the new. Please bring a journal and pen and an open heart. Let’s awaken with the light of Spring together !
