Begin your day with a session focused on twists and arm balances, designed to detoxify the body and enhance inner strength. Under Ambra's expert guidance, you will explore the balance between strength and flexibility, developing greater stability and confidence in poses that require both concentration and delivery. This session will help you unlock your potential and find lightness in challenging postures.

### Afternoon (12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.): Hips - Unravelling and Release
In the afternoon, delve into a session dedicated to unravelling the hips. Opening the hips not only contributes to improving posture and providing a sense of relaxation to the body but also plays a significant role in facilitating breathing and resolving held emotions. Through these positions, the body is allowed to physically release tensions, while simultaneously creating space to address and release held emotions. Ambra will guide you through a series of postures designed to safely and effectively open the hips, enhancing your overall flexibility and emotional well-being.

Start your Sunday with a session focused on intelligent backbends. Have you ever watched bamboo bend under the pressure of the wind and observed how it returns to its original stature once the wind subsides? When I reflect on bamboo’s ability to bounce back or return to its original position, the word that comes to mind is “resilience.” Applied to a person, the same word signifies the ability to recover from any situation that tests one’s emotional limits. Life is a series of ups and downs. If we learn to bend but not break in challenging times, we allow ourselves to maintain control in any situation. Like bamboo demonstrating resilience, bending but not breaking! Through pranayama practices and carefully structured backbends, you will experience a feeling of expansion and freedom. This combination of conscious breathing and backbends will allow you to discover the transformative power of these postures, which are kinder to your body when practiced with the principles of Forrest Yoga.

Conclude the workshop with a dynamic session of gravity surfing. By challenging the force of gravity, we will learn to transform it into a tool to move in the air gracefully, without effort. We will learn and apply the principles of inversions and then know how to land lightly and precisely. This practice will involve playful exploration of movement, using gravity to deepen your connection with the body and enhance your yoga practice. Ambra will guide you through innovative sequences that challenge your balance and coordination, leaving you with a renewed sense of courage and adventure.

Dharma Yoga / Rocket Yoga / Forrest Yoga Heiress of the lineage of Larry Shultz, Ana Forrest and Sri Dharma Mittra, her goal is to guide others so that they can also experience the many amazing benefits of yoga on the body, mind and soul. Ambra was the principal dancer of the Birmingham Royal Ballet. He started with yoga to recover from the injuries caused by the demanding training regime of professional dancers. Apart from becoming a hobby, she was accredited as a yoga teacher to help improve and prolong her professional career. Slowly, over the years, he fell in love with the most subtle and spiritual parts of the practice. Ambra's teaching is fun and spontaneous, heiress of the lineage of Larry Shultz, Ana Forrest and Sri Dharma Mittra. Their goal is to guide others so they can also experience the many amazing benefits of yoga on the body, mind and soul.
