WHAT IS FORREST YOGA?

Forrest yoga is a style with an intense physical practice, which uses intelligent postures that Ana Forrest created as medicine for the body, mind and spirit. Which makes this yoga practice, suitable for anyone, a transformative and healing experience on a physical and emotional level, both on the mat and in life.

Ana Forrest, a yoga teacher for 45 years, studied homeopathy, reflexology, anatomy, reiki, practical healing and naturopathy among others. Which makes her a wise and healing teacher. She developed this style of yoga to heal her own traumas and addictions and her healing process inspired her to teach others how to heal themselves on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Since then she has changed the lives of thousands of people.
Her classes, shared with her husband Jose Calarco, are an incredible experience where they do Purification ceremonies, indigenous ceremonies, meditations with live music by José Calarco and many assists for the students
